As women, so many of us spend our days in constant motion: producing, caretaking, rushing, planning and doing.
Between work, family, responsibilities, and the endless mental load, it's easy to lose touch with your body, your needs, and your sense of aliveness.
This retreat is an opportunity to step out of “doing mode” and come home to yourself, through yoga, Ayurveda, nature, rest, ritual, connection, nourishing sensory experiences & healing modalities, in an intimate group setting.
Arrive just as you are - perhaps a little overwhelmed or all over the place - and leave feeling grounded, clear headed, and inspired, as you confidently step into your most vibrant self.



Experience a nourishing Vata-balancing practice to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and gently release your aches and pains as we introduce warmth, grounding, and presence through movement, breath, & guided awareness.

Sip homemade chai as you learn about the ancient wisdom and medicine of Ayurveda. We will work with the energy of Vata dosha - which is elevated in the fall - exploring its gifts, recognizing signs of excess and experiencing essential Ayurvedic self-care practices for seasonal support through all five senses.

Join us on an intentional walk through the conservation trails to experience the natural world in, perhaps, a new and profoundly healing way. Guided reflection and journaling will follow to unleash the power of your intuition.

Come with a friend or loved one, or come alone and leave with new friends and connections. We will have ample time to connect with one another over a delicious catered lunch from Pressed Cafe as well as during opening and closing circles and the exploration hour.

How we indulge our senses has a direct impact on the state of our nervous systems, and therefore our overall vitality. We will engage with rich sensory experiences to help you tap into presence, self-love and joy. From sound bowls and scenery to mindfulness rituals that delight your taste buds and scents that uplift and inspire you. Grounding, warming, pleasurable and fun.

Enjoy the spaciousness to choose exactly what interests you during exploration hour. Visit one of the thoughtfully curated stations, including oracle card pulls, essential oil roller making, tea blending station, PEMF mat, and red-light therapy, or explore the grounds with a cup of tea, visit the chickens and bees, journal, or connect with new and old friends.
